John Pendlebury's 95th birthday!!

On Saturday 7th March 2026 a celebration was held on the occasion of WBro John Pendlebury’s 95th birthday.

John was initiated into The Uxacona Lodge in 1965 and became a founder member of The Vale of Uscon Lodge in 1980, receiving his 60 year certificate in December 2025.

John celebrated his birthday in style at The Valley Hotel Ironbridge surrounded by family, friends and of course several Brother Masons. John was joined on the day by Past Masters of both lodges WBrethren Keith Downing, Allan Tipton, Fred Richards, John Howells, Tony Wakeman and Stuart Parton.

Incidentally WBro John was not the oldest in the room - with WBro Keith Downing claiming that honour at the very young age of 97 years old!
